Privacy Policy

Enquiry details. When you use a contact or booking form, or message us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, event type, event date, venue or location, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Messages. The content of messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, including your WhatsApp display name and phone number, or your Instagram/Facebook profile name. Public comments you leave on our posts are visible to anyone on those platforms.

Photographs and video. Images and footage we capture at your event, and any files you share with us.

Payment information. Bookings are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and basic transaction details. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.

Website analytics. Standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, collected via Google Analytics.

To answer enquiries quickly, messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook may receive an automated reply generated by artificial intelligence. To produce that reply, the text of your message is sent to Google’s Gemini API for processing.

These replies are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a person before being sent. They are intended to give you general information such as starting prices and studio details. An automated reply is not a quotation, a confirmed booking, or a confirmation that we are available on your date — only a written confirmation from us is.

If you would prefer to speak only to a person, reply asking for a human, or call us on +91 97738 71071. We will stop automated replies to you.

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote; to plan, shoot and deliver your event coverage; to process payments and keep accounting records; to provide customer support; and to improve our website and services. We rely on your consent, and on the performance of our contract with you, as the basis for this processing.

We may wish to display photographs from your event in our portfolio, on social media, or in advertising. If you would rather we did not, tell us — in writing or on WhatsApp — and we will not publish them. You can ask us to remove already-published images at any time and we will take them down from channels we control.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook messaging), Google (analytics and the AI replies described above), our payment providers, and our website hosting provider. Second shooters or editors working on your event may access your photographs under the same obligations of confidentiality. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and refer back to earlier conversations. Photographs and films for delivered bookings are retained for at least 12 months after delivery; we are not a backup service, so please download and store your own copies. Records needed for tax and accounting are kept as long as the law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent for us to publish your photographs. You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by telling us to stop.

The website is served over HTTPS. Message logs are stored outside the public web directory and access to our admin tools is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Our services are for adults. We photograph children at family events at the request of, and with the consent of, their parent or guardian.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
